  • By accessing and placing an order with Nohar, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Nohar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials on this site.
  • If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any related costs.
  • Nohar will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

  • Nohar grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Mobile App strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
  • These Terms & Conditions form a contract between you and Nohar regarding the Nohar Mobile App and related services.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Nohar Service.
  • If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice.

Definitions and Key Terms

  • Company: “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Nohar.
  • Country: Nohar is based in India.

Payment

  • If you pay for any one-time payment plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of payment.
  • Your Payment Provider agreement governs your rights and liabilities with respect to your selected payment mode.
  • By providing payment information, you authorize Nohar to verify your details and invoice your account for all due fees and charges without additional notice.
  • You agree to immediately notify Nohar of any change in billing address or payment mode.
  • Nohar reserves the right to change prices and billing methods at any time by posting on the site or via email.
  • Any attorney fees, court costs, or collection charges for delinquent undisputed amounts shall be your responsibility.
  • No contract will exist between you and Nohar until your order is accepted by confirmatory email, SMS/MMS, or another appropriate communication.
  • You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred when using the Service.

Your Suggestions

  • Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you regarding the Mobile App shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Nohar.
  • Nohar may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute your Suggestions without any credit or compensation to you.

Your Consent

  • By using our Mobile App, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to these Terms & Conditions.

Links to Other Mobile Apps

  • These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services provided on our Mobile App.
  • Services may contain links to Mobile Apps not operated or controlled by Nohar.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such third-party Mobile Apps.

  • Nohar may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time with or without prior notice.
  • This Agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any provision of it.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Mobile App and delete all copies from your devices.

Copyright Infringement Notice

  • If you believe any material on our Mobile App infringes your copyright, please contact us with your signature, details of the infringing material, your contact information, a good faith statement, and a declaration that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nohar and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from claims or demands arising out of your use of the Mobile App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any right of a third party.

No Warranties

  • The Mobile App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind.
  • Nohar disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
  • Nohar does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete accuracy of the information available through the Mobile App.

Limitation of Liability

  • The total liability of Nohar and its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Mobile App.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nohar shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Severability, Waiver, and Amendments

  • If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of that right.
  • Nohar reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Mobile App means you accept the revised terms.

Entire Agreement and Intellectual Property

  • This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies published by Nohar, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nohar regarding the Mobile App.
  • The Mobile App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Nohar, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • No material may be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed without prior written permission from Nohar unless expressly allowed.

Choice of Law and Venue

  • These Terms of Use and policies shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in New Delhi, and users agree to comply with the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

Submissions, Promotions, and Typographical Errors

  • Any ideas, suggestions, designs, advertisements, data, or proposals submitted to Nohar will be treated as non-confidential and become the sole property of Nohar without compensation or credit.
  • Promotions may be governed by separate rules and eligibility requirements, and participants agree to comply with those rules.
  • If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Nohar may refuse or cancel any related order and issue a refund if payment was already made.

Miscellaneous and Disclaimer

  • Any waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Nohar.
  • Nohar may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you.
  • Nohar operates and controls its services from offices in India, and users accessing the Service from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.
  • Nohar is not responsible for any content, code, or other imprecision and does not provide warranties or guarantees.
  • The Nohar Service and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or representation of any kind.

Policy

  • Returns are accepted only when you receive a damaged product or the wrong product.
  • Products are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or delay once the order has been delivered correctly.

Proof Required

  • To request a return, you must share a clear unboxing or product issue video as proof on our WhatsApp number 7057319253.
  • The video should clearly show the package condition, product received, and the issue being reported so our team can review it quickly.

Review and Resolution

  • Once the proof is verified, our support team will confirm whether the case qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.
  • If approved, the resolution will be processed according to product availability and the original payment method or order type.

Dispatch and Delivery

  • We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us.
  • You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online.
  • Nohar insures each order through transit until it is delivered to you or collected.
  • A signature confirming receipt of products is treated as acceptance of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

Delivery Charges

  • All domestic orders are delivered free of charge, based on selection.

Additional Charges

  • There are no additional charges.
  • The total payable amount is indicated on the individual items.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and the services of our logistics partner.
  • However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 7 business days, excluding public holidays.
